About Frances
Frances Ingraham has more than 17 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate, listing and selling distinctive and luxury properties. Fran is a graduate of the New York School of Interior Design and has a professional background in fine arts, architecture and interior design. Fran is also a syndicated journalist, with a focus on architecture, interior design and detailing community life and architecture in 18 counties of the Hudson Valley and Capital Region. As a staff society columnist for the leading upstate New York newspaper Fran covered the social scene from Saratoga and New York City to Kentucky and Palm Beach.
Always benefiting the best interests of her clients, Frances is a Certified Luxury Home Specialist, Second Home Property Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Certified e-PRO Specialist.
Fran has served on dozens of not-for-profit committees and is a past-president of the Washington Park Conservancy. Frances continues in her volunteer position as chairperson of the Historic Kinderhook Committee for the Town of Kinderhook.
A lover of animals and nature, X-country skiing, beagling, four-in-hand driving, and other equine pursuits have always been her favorites. When not exploring outdoor adventures, Fran enjoys reading by the fire and playing with her two beloved Shih Tzu’s, Mortgage and Mansion.
